The trip to Florida

I remember Delores well as Kathy, Tom, and Jerry's Mom; our Avon lady, and a good friend of my Mom.

When I went to Florida for a vacation one time, I came down with Hepatitis. I had to fly home and leave my car there. Delores and my Mom, Edna Mitchell flew there and drove my car home. They stopped at Delores relatives in Florida and my Mom got to have her first and only trip to Florida. They had a great time.

I haven't seen Delores for at least 40 years but I will always have fond memories of her as a fun loving lady!
