A Gentle Giant

My earliest memories of Lee was when he was still in high school.  I was staying at his house with his family. He would bring me taffy candy.  His gestures were simple, kind and thoughtful.  When I see that brand of taffy in the store, I travel back to that time when I was blessed to know and interact with that gentle soul.  I was treated as if I were immediate family by Lee and his family. I was treated  more then that of a cousin by him.  It was more like being treated like a brother.  Thanks for the memories.
