I worked with Pat for 6 years, 1993-1999, and have been friends since then. There are so many memories hard to pick one. But starting around May or so everywhere she went she would start informing people her birthday was August 22nd and inviting them to her birthday party! As staff, we dreaded it sometimes and tried to get her to move on before she could finish it all which always made her mad and we were "b's". Have to admit, since I've been gone from the home I've missed the pleasure she had at birthday's and Christmas--she loved gifts! I missed getting invited to her party ! love you Pat!
