Obituary for Harriet Jean (Hivley) Webb

Harriet Jean (Hivley) Webb, 84, of Morocco, Indiana passed away at her home on Monday, May 7, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born in Grant Park, Illinois on December 17, 1933, the daughter of John and Ruby (Busche) Graves. She attended Grant Park High School.

Harriet had worked as a receptionist for Dr. Darnaby when he had an office in Morocco. She was also a waitress at The Lunch Box in downtown Morocco. She worked at the Morocco Public Library until her retirement.

She was a member of the United Church of Morocco, Projects Unlimited, and the Bunco Club. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking. She enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her grandkids.

On September 16, 1997, at the United Church of Morocco, she married Roger A. Webb, Sr. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Steve Hivley, John Hivley and his wife Candy, Scott Hivley, Kim Risner, Roger A. Webb, Jr., and Robert Webb and his wife Deanna; her twin brother Dean Graves and his wife Sylvia; her sister Ethel Jones and her husband Tom; twelve grandkids; and two great-grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ruby Graves, and eleven siblings.
