Obituary for Albert Yoder

GOODLAND -- Albert Yoder, 93, a lifelong resident of Goodland, died at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at Jasper County Hospital. He had been ill the past six months.
Born Oct. 2, 1916, in Newton County, he was the son of the late Simon and Katie Nissley Yoder. He was educated at Newton County schools.
Mr. Yoder was self-employed and worked in the excavating field. He retired in 1985.
He was a member of Burr Oak Church.
His wife, Hilda Yoder, survives. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lillian Kissinger.
Surviving with his wife are five daughters, Harriett Bourell (husband: Bill), June Hall (husband: Charles), Delores Stock, Phyllis Stovall and Virginia Riley (husband: James); and two sons, Harold Yoder (wife: Maureen) and Eugene Yoder (wife: Sheila).
Services are Saturday in Morocco at the Steinke Funeral Home Brunton Chapel at 10 AM
