Condolence From: Lisa Haugrud
Condolence: To the family - Aunt Doris was my favorite! She made me feel like I was really special when I visited her. She would tell me how beautiful and well behaved I was. She was a real ego booster for me. One day while at my grandpa and grandma wil and phyllis in Rhinelander I caught a bucket full of panfish that were to small and got in trouble for keeping them but aunt Doris came to my rescue and cleaned every last one so they wouldn't be wasted. I also remember her and uncle Boots and the way they had such good energy together. As a child I thought they had the kindest faces and words. Aunt Doris really gave with her whole heart for her whole life. I am proud to be her niece. I would like to add - please come and visit us at the lake in Northern Wisconsin. We can catch some fish listen to the crickets and tell some stories of the Davis bunch. With love to all,Lisa Davis Haugrud
